Change in opening Hours for our eConsult service Please note that from Monday the Second of March , our eConsult service will open at 8:00am and close at 18.30. This change aligns eConsult access with our core practice opening hours. When we first introduced eConsult as part of our Total Traige system, we temporarily opened the system at 7:00am to support patients during the transition period and to help ensure a smooth implementation. We would like to thank all patients for their understanding and cooperation during this time. If you require urgent medical assistance outside of our opening hours, please continue to follow the usual NHS guidance.
